Slip Sheet Recapture Program Details

Decrease your disposal costs and generate income from waste by recapturing your plastic slip sheets. Help protect the environment.

Step 1: Create a recycle bin

Step 2: Stack slip sheets

Remove all paper, cardboard or any
other foreign materials from between
the slip sheets. All contaminates must
be removed!
Stack slip sheets between 3 and 4 feet
high, packing them tightly to ensure
stability.

Step 3: Secure slip sheets to the pallet

Once a 3-4 foot high stack is completed,
secure the slip sheets to the pallet
using 2 evenly-spaced steel or
polyester straps.
Do not use rope, wire or other
alternative packaging materials.

Step 4:Remove and recycle the finished pallet

Remove the finishe dpallet from the bin.
Add 2 straps crosswise to the previously
applied straps. If possible, stretch wrap
the pallet load.
When at least 7 skids are completed,
call ITW Plastic Packaging at
419-334-6918 to request a pick-up.
ITW will arrange transportation from
your location.
