Plastic Tier Sheets
ITW Plastic Packaging Tier Sheets are manufactured to comply with the demands of the food and beverage industry’s packaging standards. Our Tier Sheets incorporate flexural rigidity - a memory and flexibility design characteristic that allows them to retain a smooth, flat surface desired for extended life and multiple turns. Unlike fiber sheets, ITW Tier Sheets are un-affected by moisture (spills) and they are not easily damaged from mishandling.
With gauges ranging from 0.025" to 0.100" (0.635 mm to 2.540 mm), ITW Tier Sheets feature:

ITW Plastic Packaging Tier Sheets are made of 100% plastic. Our moisture resistant sheets offer greater cleanliness, retain flatness and provides many more re-uses than corrugated or solid fiberboard divider sheets. ITW Tier Sheets are placed between layers of beverage or food containers, aluminum or steel cans, glass or PET bottles and other rigid packaging for maximum load stability, reduced contamination and greater product protection. ITW Plastic Packaging Tier Sheets offer greater cycle life resulting in our cost savings.
